Took FOUR hours for my daughter and I to get a full set of acrylic nails. Our fingers were bleeding. Nails were all different shapes. Never again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nicole and her mom! From the moment I walked into their salon, I felt welcomed and truly cared for. The atmosphere is so cozy and inviting—it feels more like visiting friends than going to an appointment. Nicole is incredibly talented and meticulous with her work. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect, from the shape to the tiniest details in the design. Her creativity and eye for style are just amazing! And her mom is just as lovely—so kind, gentle, and experienced. Together, they make such a great team and create an environment that is not only professional but also full of warmth and good vibes. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in both the quality of their work and the way they treat their clients. I left with beautiful nails and a big smile on my face. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for not just great nails, but a truly special experience. 💅❤️

Dissapointing Experience - Unacceptable Service and Poor Customer Service I’ve been to Lagi Beauty Salon in the past and had a wonderful experience, with the owner herself doing my nails and them turning out perfectly. However, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. Yesterday, I had my nails done by what I believe to be the owner’s mother. While she was very sweet, the service was incredibly slow, taking almost three hours, and unfortunately, the results were unacceptable. The nails were poorly done, with uneven polish and obvious flaws that I didn’t expect from a salon with a good reputation. I returned the next day, hoping for a resolution, and asked for a full refund. Unfortunately, the owner was rude and unhelpful, offering only 50% of what I paid, which felt like an insufficient attempt to make things right. I left the salon frustrated, and when my grandmother called to follow up on the situation, she was met with disrespectful behavior over the phone, with the owner telling her that she was "acting like a child." It’s really disappointing to see how this situation was handled, especially after my positive past experiences. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning after this poor service and lack of professionalism.

I have been here quite a few times, enough to have filled in one of those punch cards for a percentage off! On my most recent visit, I went in for a gel manicure. This is what I have noted... Positives: 1. The women who own the salon are pleasant 2. They work quickly 3. They are very good at trying to get you in the day you want and are willing to stay after hours to fit you in, usually 4. They are willing to try different styles if you bring a picture. 5. If you are very introverted, the older lady who runs the salon will do your work with minimal questions so you don't have to small talk. Negatives: 1. They will not always tell you if something you have requested is out of their wheelhouse. 2. They are not the most gentle/careful when hurrying. (More times than not, I have left here with damage to at least one cuticle.) 3. Be prepared to file your nails yourself for a cleaner look 4. The end result typically looks like it was done as quickly as it was 5. They give inaccurate wait times and, regardless if you scheduled an appointment, you will likely not be seen right away In summary, do not go here for a manicure if you are a perfectionist, but in a pinch, they try hard to fit you in and will do adequate work. My friend and I went to Lagi Salon earlier today to get our nails done and I’ve never been there before, so I wanted to try it out. Upon arriving they were all very nice and greeted us. They were very talkative and attentive to what I wanted! I showed them designs I had in mind and they did absolutely amazing with it! I couldn’t be happier, definitely coming back.
